MISSION
The mission of the Udayan Nursing College Rajshahi is to compassionately educate a diverse community of nurse leaders who establish excellence in advancing in professional, equitable and proper care. This mission is achieved through excellence in teaching, learning and assessment; advancement of employment science; strong partnership links; and service to others.
VISION
Our vision is to build nursing employees, aligned with population needs that advances health equity and changes the health and well-being of Lake County, the region and our country. Our shared vision of nursing leadership:
- Addresses nursing profession shortages both locally and internationally
- Builds diversity among future nursing professionals
